Your caseload, off your mind.
caseload.cloud tracks every IEP deadline, goal, service minute, and parent contact on your caseload โ and tells you what needs attention before it's overdue. Built by a special education teacher, for special education teachers.
Your Dashboard
Sound familiar?
Deadlines live in five places
A spreadsheet, a paper planner, sticky notes, your memory โ and something still slips through.
Progress data is a scavenger hunt
Quarterly reports mean digging through data sheets from three months ago to remember where a goal started.
You built your own tracker โ again
Every August, the same spreadsheet gets rebuilt from scratch, and it still doesn't warn you about anything.

Minimal data, by design
Students are tracked by initials only. Never names.
caseload.cloud is a planning tool, not a system of record โ we ask you to track students by initials, not full names, to keep what we store to a minimum. It's still sensitive information, so if your district ever requires a signed data agreement before you use an outside tool, we offer one โ most teachers start on their own today, exactly like the spreadsheet they already use, and loop in their district only if it's asked for.
What we actually store โ initials, grade, and category. Never a full name.
